CODE-Html/Css template

I have been getting making site templates so i
decided to make a basic two column layout with
a header and a footer.

Looks lame, but it's only the template for a basic layout.

You gotta add a bit of subtle colouring, use some more CSS

It's a basic template,
So the idea is that you would design the color
scheme But you don't have to mess with the
formatting.
